Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom has refunded the amount for packages purchased during a network issue.
Due to a network problem on Shrawan 12, some customers had to purchase the same package more than once.
Nepal Telecom stated that the amount for unused packages has been refunded to the customers’ balance.
The company has also requested customers to contact the toll-free service number 1498 for any complaints or inquiries.
